1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Seed of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

We may discontinue or make changes to the content of this site and the network at any time. Any dated information included in this site is current at the date of publication only, and we will not have any obligation or responsibility to update or amend such information.

www.themindatone.com provides online training and one on one coaching for both male and females. An outline of this information is provided within this site.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Understand that this is coaching and not counselling or psychotherapy and that Cally Tran is qualified in NLP and Matrix Therapies . She is not, however, a doctor, counsellor, psychologist or psychiatrist.

Understand that there is a Money Back Guarantee if you am not satisfied with the process of your coaching after session 1. There is also a Time Guarantee if it is considered more coaching is needed to fulfil the clearing requirements of the presenting problem.

Understand that Cally Tran will work with you in order to help you meet your agreed outcomes. I realise, however, that Cally Tran CANNOT get results from you and that your results are the outcome of my willingness to participate in the process, your own focus on your results and the actions you are willing to take. You understand that coaching is a facilitation process that assists you to access your own internal resources and take your own action. As a result, you am a fully participating agent and fully responsible for your own results. Agree that if you do not take the action you commit to in your sessions more than 3 times, without mitigating circumstances, that your Time Guarantee is null and void. If other issues that are not a part of the agreed outcomes become apparent during the course of our sessions or after our sessions are completed, I understand that I can come to additional sessions at the reduced rate or $300 per 2 hour session with overtime included.

Also understand that the focus of all sessions will be on what you can do yourself in order to make change and that your outcomes are not dependent on anyone else’s behaviour, attitude or actions. You are physically and psychologically fit to begin the program and have informed Cally Tran of any prescription or other drugs you may be taking at this time or any addictions you may have which may interfere with the successful completion of this program. I understand that sometimes doses of medication may need to be adjusted when doing NLP, Matrix Therapies® and Archetypal Coaching® techniques and that you will be responsible for informing my doctor or psychiatrists that medication may need to be monitored.

3. The Heal to Love Evolution Program:

The Heal to Love Evolution Program is one of Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You premier or “flagship” products. Every effort is made to keep the program up-to-date and amongst the industry’s leading products on the topics of Life Coaching, meditations, NLP, Archetypes, goal setting and spiritual growth. It should only be purchased by You if you are 100% committed to using the Life tools recommended inside the program to grow your life experiences, and for that reason, You should only purchase this product if You plan on keeping it.

4. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You Services and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Seed Of You PTY LTD Seed Of You may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

5. Access to Previous Purchases

As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You training and or coaching, you may download previously acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You training or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

6. Social Media Groups and Communities

Clients and Students of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skill and experience levels, from new students to people walking their full passion and purpose

We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.

Clients and students of all levels are welcome here.
We have members of all skill and experience levels, from new students to Fullfilled passion and purpose clientele.
Keep it respectful
Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.
No pitching to the group
We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.
No gated content
Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you need a feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view.
Respect confidentiality
Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
Keep it on topic
We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
Partnering with other members
Access to this group does not mean that Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy.
Report posts that are breaking group policies
Due to the large amount of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manager directly via private message so our team can review them.
Breaking the rules
If you are deemed to be breaking the rules of the group, Seed Of You Life Coaching PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You Life Coaching reserves the right to remove you from the Facebook group that the offending behaviour has occurred within.

You agree that Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You services and training, including but not limited to Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You services and training in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You services and training may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You. 8. Payments

All payments for the Services, Workshops and Projects discussed on this website are to be made in Australian Dollars(AUD).

All AUD advertised pricing includes GST.

9. Live and Online Events

Cally Tran's Live Event require a $1.00 deposit payment to reserve your seat. All participants’ credit or debit cards will automatically then be charged $97.00 including GST within 24-48 hours after the event.

Live and online Event tickets are not refundable but are transferable to other persons via written notice to contact@themindatone.com up to 48 hours prior to the event. Preparation materials (“Pre-Prep Packs”) will not be able to be sent out to the new attendee and it is the responsibility of the transferee to brief the new attendee of the day’s preparation.

No-shows to the Doing Day will be charged the $97.00 after the event regardless of the lack of attendance to cover the expenses invested to reserve their seat.

VIP tickets for the post Doing Day event cost an additional $97.00 per person. The VIP tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee up to 48 hours prior to the event.

Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and when genuine value has not been received or isn’t able to be received, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the Seed Of You PTY LTD ATF Seed Of You team.

Our Website is committed to the protection of personal information provided to us. Our Website follows various principles concerning the collection, storage and use of personal information as contained in the Australian Privacy Principals contained in Privacy Act (1988)(Cth).
